If The World Were Fair

  If The World Were Fair

-Elixir Piyush Baral

The sky scants down 'drip' 'drop', from concrete to the crop,

leveled nurture to the beast and an harmless autotroph.

Be that lesson to the peps, who are lending or in debts,

in taming heart in such of type, with smile it pain accepts.

Not just pain!! O-pleasure too, but nasty pain spreads like a flu,

with just a sneeze of sharp tongues, poisons thousands without clue.

The very nature of a man, to be unfair as they can,

but preach about equality, loathful humour to disdain.

What is colour? It's just shade, may they be black, white or red,

From the same womb they were born and to the same womb they are dead.

The very womb of mother earth, all the beings' fated birth,

A fate to share the equal grief and to share the equal mirth.

If they're in cities or in farms, everyone's got their equal charms,

May they be watchers, scholars or troops, they're just the eyes, brains and arms

of the body that can treasure, both the pain and the pleasure.

Only if the world were fair, just a wish of a star gazer.
