Stories of love (Valentine's day)
Starting from my own parents, how deeply they seem to be in love with
each other, listening to their stories about how they met and all those
other romantic storiesof mischief, pranks and never ending support and
their unconditional love, I started to wonder "What actually is love?"
Although I've never found a definite answer till date, I did find a lot
of memories. Memories of people who trusted me enough to share their
secrets; memories linked to their defination of love, memories both
bitter and sweet.
I listened to many stories, patiently, no matter how long they were.
Well, Since I didn't have anyone to create my own story, listening to
others made me feel better. Every story, everyone's life in different
circumstances, a new dimension. Might that have been the story of the
inter college-inter city(more like inter-country) lovers, Kale-Kali
which is filled with lots of facebook messages, frequent blocks and a
lot of tsundereness(non anime people, google it), or the Kuudere lover
who fell for his stalker too deep to recover when theysplit up, like
atoms.Might that have been the story of a sweet curry made out of few
Solanoic beings, a curry never cooked properly or maybe the story of a
lemonade, never served as it never had the right amount of something to
it, maybe sugar, water or just lemon.Even the story of this guy's unspoken story of frequent exchanges of paper roses; roses which had more life and love than the real ones. Also there were the stories of the
guy falling for his cousin, some other with his best friend, other with
an unconditional love but left unexpressed and his nights filled with
self loaths and tear jerking remorses, other guy whose gifted flowers
she never accepted, other whose crush went out with some other guy and
few more guys who have been madly in love with their significant other
for years now and are happy as shit. Some kind of happiness that is.
Also there were stories of many 'Her's. Her basketball crush and the
stories of her flirts with him, some other Her's crush who was too big
of an ass to notice her feelings, some other's facebook crush and all
her stories about him in the posts, other whose man is the best, other
whose guy hangs out with many girls. There were also stories where her
crush turned out to be her best friend's, some other's love story which
started at the library with a shared Principle of physics, some other's
love with their seniors, some stories with teachers and awefully lots
and lots of stories about their past crushes. The stories about the
busstop love, where they'd spend hours in the stop, sharing a lot of
memories, chocolates , coffee and love. Some stories of love in the
panipuri stall, endless panipuri-chatpates and endliss gosips, stories
of the momo stalls along with steaming flirts and discussions, endless
talks on their way home, lot more sweetness of chocolates and the
stories of a guy who fell for his exact opposite. He an introvert, her
an extrovert, he lost in his own world, scared of being judged, she,
carefree, doing what her heart told, he a bookworm, well she, not so
much. many more acute contrasting characters; A love seeming almost
impossible but worked out more impossibly. But its just nature I guess,
opposites attract.
In every story, I found a new joy. The sparkling eyes of them as they
delivered me their life experiences, a spark as brighter as a child who
is reciting his self made poem that earned him a chocolate in the class.
Sharing about your love with someone takes you to a new dimension as
well I guess, like you are living the past at present. You are slowly
placing down your burden of unexpressed feelings and handing it over to
someone else in some cases and in other it's like passing on a tale of
your victory. And it kinda feels good to carry someone's burden which
wont burden you in anyway. It is like travelling through time in the
past, living life in someone else's perspective, living their life. Some
lives you face love, stories of linked hearts and happiness and some
other, stories of broken hearts, some painful memories and a later made
stronger heart. Love. kinda like life itself. Sometimes there are ups
and sometimes there are downs, like a ECG lines, which move up and down
signifying your life. If the lines didnt show fluctuation, you'd
probably be dead wouldn't you?
I guess love is like life filled with ups and downs as well. In life you
have faith in yourself and keep moving forward, making mistakes and not
backing up to correct them in the right way, and getting stronger
everyday, in love you have faith in each other and follow the same
steps. It is a story, different in everyone's life, as dramatic as it is
shown in the movies and quite unpredictable as well. Some stories end
without even starting, some Senpais leave you unnoticed, some plots with
no happy endings; but everyone has a time in their life where you find
that happiness, when your senpai will notice you. The time when winter
ends and begins your spring; spring of happiness. It is just an
interesting story which you might share with someone someday. So, keep
loving and keep making an unforgettable story out of every moments of
your love; your life. To every doves as well as crows out there- Happy
valentines day :)
